The best Programming Language for Full stack development is very hard to decide because it depends on the programmer to which language he/she is comfortable with. For some Java is best while for others Javascript and so on. So on my suggestion based on the saying goes "Just take a language and start to master it's fundamentals and go on diving deep into it" is the best and is followed by every developer.
So if you are beginner try learning syntax in all or may be some of the languages and see which you find easy where your brain thinks faster. That's the best for you.
